What services can I find on xyz? +
Anything and everything. From home services like cleaning, plumbing, and electrical work to professional services like photography, tutoring, catering, event planning, personal training, and more. If someone can offer the skill and someone else needs it, it belongs on xyz.
How are providers verified? +
Every provider must submit their IC (identity card) for verification before they can offer services. Business owners can also submit SSM registration for an additional trust badge. We review every application within 24 hours.
How do I pay for services? +
We use FPX online banking via Billplz — a trusted and widely used payment method in Malaysia. Select your bank, authorise the payment, and you're done. No credit card required, and there are no extra fees charged to customers.
What if I'm not happy with the service? +
You can raise a dispute through the app after service completion. Our team reviews every dispute and can issue refunds where appropriate. We also have a clear cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before, 50% if less than 24 hours.
How much does it cost to join as a provider? +
Nothing upfront. There are no registration fees, monthly fees, or listing fees. We only take a small commission on completed bookings — currently just 1%, the lowest rate in Malaysia. All transaction processing fees are absorbed by the platform.
When is xyz available? +
xyz is launching in the Klang Valley (KL area). Download the app from the App Store or Google Play to get started — whether you're looking for services or want to offer your skills as a provider.
Is my personal data safe? +
Yes. xyz is fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All personal data is encrypted, we collect only what's necessary, and you have full control — including the ability to export or delete your data at any time.
